HS Wrestling: Newman defeats the Rockets 40-28 in the opener. Orion vs Newman is next.

Owen Odell drops his match at 175 by fall to Newman. Newman leads 37-28.

Preston Brunat wins by fall at 165lbs. Rockets now trail 31-28.

HS Wrestling: Thomas Sowards wins over Newman at 150lbs by fall. Ryan Lower wins at 157 lbs by fall. Rockets trail Newman 31-22.

HS Wrestling: Nate Lower wins the first match of the night vs Newman at 106 lbs 11-3.

Due to the forecasted dangerous wind chills this weekend, the High School Winter Concerts have been postponed. The Band Concert will be Monday (Dec 15) & the Choir Concert will be Wednesday (Dec 17). Both concerts will begin at 7 pm in the HS Auditorium.

Varsity Girls Basketball fell to Erie Prophetstown tonight 55-29. Amaya Ernat led the Rockets with 12 points.

The JH boys basketball teams split tonight with Sherrard. 7th grade won 44-19 and 8th grade lost 34-21.

The Rockets HS wrestlers went 1-1 yesterday in Davenport. They defeated West Branch 41-35 and lost to Davenport North 40-37. The Rockets will be at home this Friday against Newman and Orion.

Today Rockridge hosted 4th and 5th grade boys basketball. Huge thanks to Amy Attig for running it and Lukas M. and Wade R. for reffing the games.

The F/S Boys Basketball team defeated Lamoille 57-28 and then lost to Princeville 35-28 at the Galva Tournament. They will play Ridgewood on Monday for 3rd place.

The Rockets girls basketball team knocked off Monmouth United 25-14 today in Monmouth. Amaya Ernat led the Rockets with 13 points.

Rockets fall to Sherrard 43-31. They will be back in action on Tuesday at Riverdale.
