As the election approaches, it's more important than ever to learn how to respectfully discuss different viewpoints and be open-minded to ideas that may challenge our own. This debate allowed students an opportunity to practice these skills while exploring a topic that is relevant to the world around us. Some of the scientific debates in Mrs. DuPage's class included space exploration, vaccinations, and animal testing.

We welcome a future of Scientists in Mrs. DuPage's Biology Class as students experiment to identify if each solution is an acid, base, or neutral.

Yesterday, in Ms. Saddoris's Health classes, the students did an activity learning about the effects of alcohol using goggles that simulated being impaired.
A big thank you goes out to Deputy Rasso for bringing in the goggles and speaking to the students.
