Jax's light still shines brightly in our hearts. Today we wore red, his favorite color, to celebrate what would have been his 16th birthday. These photos capture a moment of love and remembrance, a sea of red honoring a life that touched us all. We miss you, Jax, and we carry your memory with us always.

We are proud to recognize RHS Counselor Mrs. Anne Bohnsack as the recipient of the RIROE Employee of the Month Award!
As a counselor, Anne consistently goes above and beyond in supporting students. From helping with post-high school planning and scholarships to providing a safe space for those facing emotional struggles, she is always there for students when they need it most. Anne’s genuine passion for helping others is evident in every interaction, and she takes her responsibilities seriously, offering guidance and support during difficult times.
In addition to her counseling role, Anne plays a key part in student scheduling, organizing testing, managing 504 plans, among other tasks. She also contributes to many other areas of the school, assisting with events and supporting her colleagues. Her willingness to step in wherever needed makes her an invaluable member of our team.
Anne has built strong, trusting relationships with everyone around her and is well-loved by both staff and students.
Memory Lane hosted a breakfast for what would have been Jax's 16th birthday today. Thank you to The Drake Dekeryel Memorial Foundation for funding the event.

With the ACT being a little over a month away, now is the time for Junior students to really start preparing! There are English Tutoring sessions every Tuesday until April 9th in NE10 covering the skills and content on both the English and Reading tests on the ACT. These sessions include completing practice tests, more direct instruction on specific areas, and test-taking strategies to boost scores! If you have any questions, please let Ms. Hatchel know!

The intro to Ag class conducted a fear free animal handling exercise that challenged them to design and build a chute to transport an animal from one area to another, just like Dr. Temple Grandin's work with chute designs for moving cattle! Today, these students tested their designs on Spike (the bearded dragon), a cat, a rabbit, and General Kenny (the guinea pig). Thank you Mrs. Dupage for letting us borrow General Kenny today!
