Mrs. McWherter’s Kindergarten class had a BLAST at our Royal Ball yesterday! We decorated crowns and wands, enjoyed some tasty treats, colored royal pictures, and danced with our friends. This special celebration helped wrap up our Knowledge unit on Kings and Queens. What a special day! 👑✨

Rockridge Jr High and High School will be dismissing students at 10:15 am due to a water supply disruption. All buses will go from the JH/HS to their respective elementary schools and will hold there until elementary students are dismissed at 11:30 am. Drivers and/or car riders from the JH/HS are permitted to leave at 10:15 am. Bus riders will arrive at home at their normal 11:30 dismissal time.

Congratulations to Mrs. Darcee Norris on being named RIROE Employee of the Month at Taylor Ridge Elementary! This is Mrs. Norris' first year at TRE. She jumped right in on day one tackling whatever task was thrown her way and offering assistance wherever she could. You might see her helping with breakfast, tying shoes, wiping tears away, setting up art projects or helping our students jump rope on the playground. We appreciate all of the things that Mrs. Norris brings to our community of learning here at Taylor Ridge Elementary.
