The Rockets 7th grade girls basketball team defeated Mercer County 37-13 tonight.
We are aware and working on the NFHS camera issue at our Football Stadium. We have been in contact with NFHS for a couple of weeks. There is condensation in the camera causing the issue. We understand your frustration and are doing our best to correct the situation.
There will be a player/parent meeting for all boys interested in going out for JH boys basketball on Thursday 10/16 at 5:30 pm. The meeting will take place in the North Gym. Players may sign up in JH main office this week.
This past weekend our own Claire Mills, who swims for Rock Island as part of swim COOP, took a first 1st place and a 3rd place at the UT swim invite. Claire is also currently ranked 1st in the 100 Backstroke in the Western Big 6!
7th grade girls basketball defeated Alwood 28-26 in OT tonight. The 8th grade girls won their game against Alwood 23-13!
Congrats to Isabel Carroll for placing 73rd as an individual at the IHSA Girls Golf State Finals.

Izzy and Carter are both moving on to day 2 at the IHSA State Golf Tournament! Carter shot an 80 which puts him in 27th place. Izzy shot a 90 which puts her in 58th place.
