If you are need of a sport physical for next school year Rock Valley is providing them for HS students on August 1st. Please use the QR code provided to sign up.
Summer activities and practices may resume starting tomorrow. Weightlifting will start back up JH 7-8 AM, HS Girls 8-9 AM, HS Boys 9-10 AM.
Coach Ellison will be hosting open runs for JH and HS distance runners. Open runs will be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting next week. HS from 5-6 pm and JH from 6-7 pm. Runners will meet at door 1 at the high school.

IHSA dead week is next week! There will be no lifting or organized team activities or practices next week June 29-July 5th. This will include JH lifting as well. Summer lifting will resume the week of July 6th.
If you still are in need of a sports physical for next year, Rock Valley is offering an opportunity in August to get those completed!

The Rockets Baseball Team will take on Brimfield in the IHSA Sectional this Wed at 4 pm. The game will be played at IVC High School. Tickets are $9 cash or can be purchased on GoFan using the QR Code below.

The Rockets will take on IVC tomorrow at 10 AM in the IHSA Regional Baseball Championship at Mercer County. Game time has been moved to 10 AM.

Baseball: The Rockets JV Baseball team captured their second Championship in a row at the Mer Co JV Jamboree over the weekend!
Congratulations to Owen Wolfe who finished in 7th place in the discuss at the IESA State Track meet!
